When connecting to the server, I get an error message. Why?

Probably you haven't filled out the Name and Password fields in the "Account" settings of NewsTap. You must leave these fields empty, if your news server does not need name and password. This is often the case when you're using the news server of your internet service provider, so when connecting to the internet you'll will automatically get the permission to use the news server. Only if your news server requires name and password, you have to fill out the name and password fields.
