iCab Mobile History (Web Browser for iPhone, iPod Touch & iPad)
Version 3.5 (July 5th 2010)
- Supports some of the new iOS 4 features, like multitasking.
- Includes icons with a higher resolution for the new iPhone 4 display.
- iPad: Web pages can be displayed on an external display or beamer.
- The scrollpad can be switched off.
- In kiosk mode the controls can be now also switched off completely.
- Three finger gestures added to go back/forward and to switch taps.

Version 3.2 (April 29th 2010)
- iPad: There are now "real" (Desktop-like) Tabs on the iPad. The "iPhone-style" Tabs are still available.
- iPad: Tap-and-hold on bookmarks in the bookmarks bar will now provide the possibility to open the bookmark in a new Tab.
- iPad: The progress bar will be now shown in the URL field.
- iPad: Downloads can be now also transfered to iTunes on the Mac/PC via USB.
- iPad: Downloaded files can be passed to other Apps, which support the file type.
- iPad: Bugfix for HTTP authentication, which didn't save the passwords on the iPad.
- The filters can be now also exported and imported
- Bugfix: When importing bookmarks, "feed" URLs won't be ignored anymore.
- Bugfix: The bookmarks for the guestmode won't be ignored anymore when enabling the guest mode.
Version 3.0 (April 1st 2010)
- Support for the new iPad implemented. iCab Mobile now supports the iPhone/iPod Touch and the iPad with optimized user interface for each device type.
- Kiosk Mode added.
- Forms can now be filled out automatically when entering a web page.
Version 2.2 (March 13th, 2010)
- Cookie Manager implemented so you can delete cookies individually.
- Added an option to configure if the Session should be restored offline or online
- Fixes an issue in the download manager under iPhone OS 2.x
- Reloading a page that was loaded ofline will now reload the data from the internet.
Version 2.1 (February 17th, 2010)

- The Download Manager is now accessible through the toolbar (can be switched off to reduce the number of icons in the toolbar)
- The transparency of the fullscreen icons can be modified
- The form fill out feature does now also support some non-standard form fields
- Added Search and Bookmarks buttons in the fullscreen mode.
- The Browser ID can be now also modified within the App.
- Modules feature implemented. Modules are "bookmarklets" with additional features. They can be used for increasing the font size, downloading videos, translating web pages etc.
- It's now possible to use the URL field to start a search as well. Just enter "?" as the very first character in the URL field followed by the searched keyword to search the internet. Of course you can still use the search panel.

Version 2.0 (November 5th, 2009)
- French translation added
- New "Scrollpad" feature implemented, which can be used to scroll within large web sites extremly fast (tap with three fingers on the screen to activate the Scrollpad).
- In fullscreen mode there are now transparent icons in all 4 corners of the screen for easy navigation and to access the Tabs.
- New setting to configure iCab to use smaller toolbars to save screen space.
- New setting to send emails from within the app instead of calling the external Mail app (OS 3.x required)
- You can configure different color schemes
- Page-Compression via "Google Mobilizer" is supported
- In the In-App settings a new option "Privacy/Access control" allows to individualy delete history, coookies, forms data and HTTP authentication passwords. Also the access to iCab Mobile can be protected with a password.
- If access is protected with a password you can also enable a guest mode which allows resticted access to bookmarks and searchengines and blocks/hides access
to private data like History, form data, cookies etc.
- Tabs will be saved when quitting the app so that they can be restored even with there's no internet connection available (Offline Tabs).
- In the "+" popup menu and the link popup menu it is now also possible to open the displayed/linked page in external apps which can open the page (like Safari, but also the native YouTube app when visiting a YouTube video page)
